Principles
A person is accountable for every output we deliver.
Models assist analysis; they do not replace commercial judgement.
We avoid using AI to infer sensitive characteristics about individuals.
We test outputs for plausible-sounding errors before they reach a client.
Ongoing review
As tools change we reassess what they are reliable enough to do, and narrow their use where they are not.
