Growth Assist Ltd handles limited personal data, mostly business contact information. This page describes the practices we apply under UK GDPR. It is a statement of our practices rather than a legal opinion or certification.

Lawful basis

For business contact information used in commercial research and outreach, we rely on legitimate interests, assessed and recorded per engagement.

Where a client instructs us to process their own data, we act on their lawful basis as processor.

Data minimisation

We collect the business information needed to make a commercial judgement and no more. We do not seek special category data.

Individual rights

Access, correction, objection and erasure requests can be sent to info@growth-assist.co.uk. Where the data belongs to a client engagement we forward the request to that client and support their response.
