Where Growth Assist Ltd processes personal data on behalf of a client, we do so under a written data processing agreement. This page summarises the standard terms we offer.

Roles

The client is the controller for data it provides. Growth Assist acts as processor for that data and processes it only on documented instructions.

Our commitments

Process only for the agreed purpose and duration.

Apply appropriate technical and organisational measures.

Notify the client without undue delay if we become aware of a personal data breach affecting their data.

Return or delete client data at the end of the engagement on request.
