Acceptable Use Policy
This policy sets out how intelligence produced by Growth Assist Ltd may and may not be used.
Permitted use
Intelligence we provide is for the client's internal commercial use: targeting, prioritisation, planning and outreach by the client's own teams.
Prohibited use
Our outputs must not be resold, redistributed as a data product, or used for any unlawful, discriminatory or harassing purpose.
Outputs must not be used to make automated decisions about individuals that affect their rights or access to services.
Reporting misuse
Suspected misuse can be reported to info@growth-assist.co.uk.
